I have long been compassionately attached to a holistic approach towards well-being through the skill of therapeutic touch. Throughout my life, I have always had a strong desire to serve and assist others in their healing journey to good health and wellness, to help them find the potential within their own body to heal itself naturally, and stimulate homeostasis through the body’s energetic pathways and healing mechanisms. Massage therapy is a calling that allows me to do so in this capacity because it is the most natural and obvious healing method in the world in regards to the neurology of touch. This modality gives me the opportunity to make a direct impact on the health and wellness of individual clients in a soothing environment and allows me to contribute not only to their physical health, but also their emotional, mental, and spiritual health. 

On a more personal level, I was particularly drawn to massage therapy because of my own experiences and healing that happened with massage as a catalyst and seeing first hand how massage facilitated my body’s own healing mechanisms to bring itself back to good health and wellness. While dealing with several severe illnesses, massage therapy was one of the few modalities added to my western treatments that seemed to help me on every level of my consciousness – physiologically, psychologically, and spiritually. After experiencing the power of touch and how it assisted my own healing components on such a personal level, I decided to specialize in this therapeutic profession and pay it forward. 

Along with my formal education and training at Colorado School of Healing Arts in the 720 Hour Massage Therapy Program and the 84 Hour Reflexology Program, I have spent additional time studying energy modalities such as Healing Touch, Polarity, and Reiki, where I have received certification as a Reiki Master/Teacher.

Prior to entering the healing arts, I was fortunate to spend over 20 years in office management, marketing, and business development. I was blessed to have the opportunity to learn and grow from my colleagues and managers in these fields, and I believe the experiences I had will be a sturdy foundation for me to grow upon in my massage therapy career.
