I have a passion to assist people in their healing journey to good health and wellness. To help my clients accomplish their goals through the power of touch, I have studied many different modalities and techniques under the umbrella of massage therapy and bodywork so I can offer you a treatment plan that is specific to your needs. Along with my formal education and training at Colorado School of Healing Arts in the 720 Hour Massage Therapy Program and the 84 Hour Reflexology Program, I have spent additional time studying energy modalities such as Healing Touch, Polarity, and Reiki, where I have received certification as a Reiki Master/Teacher.
